Account Receivable Management: - This course will give entire concepts of Revenue, receivable, collection, aging   and a real time work shop on collection process. We focus on all the industry specific collection process. This course will help call centre agent to develop their skills of collection process and help to achieve their target. Today most of companies are out sourcing their AR and collection process and that require a huge manpower to support the process. This course will help graduate trainees to reach a position of successful call centre professional. This course will help on roll receivable and collection professional to increase their knowledge.
